Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 27, 2026
Algorithmic Advantage LLC ("Algorithmic Advantage," "we," "us," or "our") operates algorithmicadvantage.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information through the Website, including any forms, resources, or interactive tools we make available on it. It does not describe data we handle on a client's behalf while providing marketing services under a separate client agreement, or practices on other websites.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you contact us, request an appointment or resource, subscribe to a newsletter, use chat, or submit a form or tool, we may collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, mailing or business address, company details, the content of your message, appointment details, and information you choose to enter. If a particular tool requests other information, we will describe it at the point of collection where appropriate. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information through public forms or chat.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we and our technology providers may collect your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring pages, links and ads clicked, timestamps, cookie and similar identifiers, and information about interactions with the Website. Where you arrive through an ad, this may include campaign or click identifiers. We may also record whether a form submission, appointment request, or other action occurred.
Information from other sources. We may receive information about your interactions with our ads or messages from advertising, analytics, scheduling, and customer relationship management providers, and combine it with information you give us, where permitted.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, secure, and improve the Website; respond to inquiries and requests; arrange appointments; deliver requested resources and newsletters; maintain records in our customer relationship management system; understand Website traffic and performance; measure and improve advertising; show relevant ads to people who have interacted with the Website; and comply with legal obligations. We may use your contact details to follow up about your inquiry. We will provide a way to unsubscribe from marketing emails.
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a resource does not, by itself, mean that you have subscribed to every marketing message we offer. Where a separate signup or permission is required, we will request it in the applicable form or communication.
3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
The Website uses, or as the relevant features are introduced will use, cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies for analytics, conversion measurement, and advertising. Google Tag Manager helps us deploy and manage tags; it is not itself a visitor-facing choice tool. Our intended providers include:
- Google Analytics, to understand visits and Website usage;
- Google Ads, to measure ad results and support advertising;
- Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, to measure actions and support advertising on Meta services;
- LinkedIn Insight Tag and LinkedIn Conversions API, to measure actions and support advertising on LinkedIn; and
- GoHighLevel, to manage contacts, forms, appointments, chat, and marketing communications as those features are introduced.
These providers may receive page views, conversion events, device and browser information, IP addresses, URLs, cookie or click identifiers, and related event details. For enhanced conversions, advanced matching, and conversions APIs, we may also send identifiers you provided, such as email address, phone number, name, or address, for matching and measurement. We intend to hash applicable contact identifiers before they are transmitted in these matching integrations. Hashing changes the form of an identifier; it does not necessarily make the information anonymous, and the recipients may match it to information they already hold. Some event data and technical identifiers are transmitted separately from the hashed fields.
Advertising providers may use information under their own terms and privacy policies. You can use browser settings to manage or block cookies, although doing so may affect Website functions. You can also review the privacy and ad settings offered by Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. An email unsubscribe affects marketing emails; it does not by itself turn off Website analytics or advertising technology.
4. How We Disclose Information
We disclose information to vendors that help us host, operate, secure, analyze, and communicate through the Website, including our CRM, email, scheduling, and chat providers. We also disclose information to the analytics and advertising providers described above for measurement, matching, and advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business. We do not publish the contents of your inquiry for others to see.
Advertising pixels, tags, and conversion integrations can involve disclosures that some privacy laws define as a "sale" or "sharing," even without a monetary payment. We will review and update our disclosures and visitor controls if applicable legal requirements or our practices change.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including handling requests, maintaining business records, measuring performance, and meeting legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it when appropriate. Retention varies by type of record and provider. Our Google Analytics setting for user-level and event-level data is 14 months; this setting does not establish the retention period for every Google report, advertising platform, CRM record, server log, or backup.
6. Your Choices and Requests
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting us. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you provided through the Website, subject to applicable law and records we need to retain. Send requests to admin@algorithmicadvantage.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
Browser cookie controls and the ad settings provided by Google, Meta, and LinkedIn may offer additional choices. If we introduce a Website preference tool, we will explain how to use it here. Rights and requirements vary by location; we will handle requests as required by applicable law.
7. Security and External Services
We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no website or electronic transmission is completely secure. The Website may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
8. Children's Privacy
The Website is intended for people evaluating business services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Website, contact us so we can review the matter.
9. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Website, its tools, or our practices change. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
